My first bloc

I woke up to a beautiful morning, with the bright sunshine coming through my window, with the birds chirping outside, and "shit" I've over slept...?! Now I'm rushing to get my clothes on to get to an appointment with the Chiropractor, downtown.

I made it just in time (9:03am) . Being my third time I head intothe room, on the table, Crack, Snackle, Pop...no Rice Krispies but I felt great afterwards.

I did something to my back, and just need to get it adjusted...quickly. I've been off acouple days from work, and actually feel gulity because of being off, just the workaholic in me. This lower back pain was affecting my right leg, so I thought it was time. You know sometimes you feel some pain here and there, and you think it's fine to continue working. I have been that way in the past but my priorities have changed.

Thank goodness I'm feeling better, and with somemore rest I'll be able to dance the Macarena at Nancy Martins wedding this weekend...damn time just flies...I remember us just being kids.

I'm getting old, and feeling it.
