My Neck, my back...
Well it's been about 4 weeks....since I've screwed up my back, don't really know how just got worse over a matter of 3 days...damn fustrating sometimes because it always reminds you when you turn a certain way. We all take our health for granted, and I guess I'm a big baby too, no one enjoys pain. (ok, some people thrive off it(weirdos, lol)...not me but I can live with it, somewhat.) I only took 3 days off, and continued to work while getting treated by my Chiropractor.
Yesterday I get up, and now my neck and shoulder hurts, from sleeping wrong....man I'm feeling all these damn pains....am I getting old? Ah, now it hurts here....
The Chiropractor's office.........I found parking, slowly got out of my car, walked standing as straight as possible towards the front door, and almost bumped into this hard working, sweating, muscle bound, construction worker. There taking the sidewalk apart on College Street, and this guy got in my way. A very handsome guy, named Louie (so many variations of typing your name.) Nancy would probably find him cute. Well we shook hands, he was very busy. I climbed over a couple of two by fours to get inside, crack...crack....ah....oh...ah. Feel better....not totally.
I'm still working on my back, and will try to get much needed rest.

Helder, you don't need a chiropractor, you need to meet up with that brawny Louie guy and have him shake your hand every now and then.

Helder, its been about 3 months since your neck and back started hurting. I hope they are better by now...WRITE SOMETHING WHY DONT YOU.

Oh snap out of it.
When I was a puppy my mama dropped me because she got all excited watching Portugal play Greece in the soccer finals.
I fell backward into a pile of heavy weights and hurt myself.
I limped around but, I am fine!
